Evaluating Sites like Zillow

Today at homestolive.in, I evaluated the real estate web site Zillow and did a test search to see how accurate their home values are. The bottom line is that while Zillow is a good source for exposing a listing to the market, it is a terrible source for an accurate price for a home. I did this test because of a recent report I heard on the news using Zillow's home values for it's only source. Not good. You can see the entire article here:
